肉苁蓉药材商品规格等级划分体系建立及性状特征研究

[目的]拟建立(荒漠)肉苁蓉药材商品规格等级划分理论体系,确定不同等级品相性状特征,为药材产地初加工、市场流通及合理使用提供技术支撑。[方法]基于培育基地实地考察和市场流通调查,以肉苁蓉生活史不同阶段(营养期)的生长发育特征为商品规格等级划分标准的理论基础,结合外观性状特征、市场价格与市场流通的品级特点,建立其药材商品规格等级划分标准。[结果]可将肉苁蓉药材分为5个等级。未抽薹的药材为优质品,共分4个等级,即特等品、一等品、二等品、统货,性状特征为体质量、质柔韧、鳞片密;抽薹药材为次等品,其特征为体轻、质硬、断面常有裂隙、鳞片疏。[结论]本研究所提出的5个等级商品规格药材的不同等级性状特征区分明显,实践中容易掌握,并综合考虑了(荒漠)肉苁蓉药材规格、市场价格和品相特征等因素,体现了按质论价、优质优价的商品特点,对药材的产地采收加工、销售流通及临床应用具有一定的指导和实践意义。

Establishment of Classification System for Commodity Specification and Character Characteristics of Cistanchedeserticola

[Objective] It is proposed to establish a theoretical system for the classification of commodity specifications of Cistanchedeserticola,and to determine characters of phase traits of different grades,so as to provide technical support for the initial processing,market circulation and rational use of medicinal materials.[Methods] According to the field investigation of cultivation base and market circulation investigation,the basic theory of commodity specification classification standard was based on the growth and development characteristics of Cistanchedeserticola at different stages of its life (nutritional period). The commodity specification classification standard of Cistanchedeserticola was established according to its appearance characteristics,market price and grade characteristics of market circulation.[Results] The medicinal materials of Cistanchedeserticola can be divided into 5 grades. And the non-bolting medicines are high-quality products,which can be divided into 4 grades,namely special,first-class,second-class and integrated products. Their characteristics were body weight,flexible quality and dense scales. The medicinal materials with bolting were inferior products and characterized by light weight,rigidity,cracks in cross section and sparse scales.[Conclusion] The characteristics of medicinal materials with five grades of commodity specifications in this study were distinct and easy to grasp in practice. The factors such as specifications,market prices and phase characteristics of desert Cistanchedeserticola medicinal materials were taken into account comprehensively,which embodied the commodity characteristics of pricing according to quality and high quality,It has certain guiding and practical significance for the harvesting and processing of origin,marketing circulation and clinical application of medicinal materials.
