胃炎口服液治疗幽门螺旋杆菌感染小鼠的实验研究

目的：通过建立人类幽门螺旋杆菌（Hp）感染的昆明小鼠模型,研究胃炎口服液治疗幽门螺旋杆菌的疗效。方法：通过灌喂途径建立人类Hp昆明小鼠模型,将小鼠随机分成4组,每组15只,胃炎口服液组（A组）、丽珠维三联组（标准对照）（B组）、模型对照组（空白对照,C组）和正常对照组（空白对照,D组）,分别服药2周,停药4周后取胃窦部组织进行尿素酶、细菌学涂片检查和组织学检查以确定Hp是否定植在小鼠胃黏膜中,从而判定Hp是否清除,最终评价胃炎口服液清除Hp的疗效。结果：各组的Hp清除率分别为：A组66.7%、B组74.7%、C组13.3%。A、B组的Hp清除率明显高于C组。A、B组小鼠胃粘膜的炎症明显减轻,胃黏膜病理评分分别为0.34＋0.58和0＋0.04,明显低于C组的1.7＋2.1。结论：胃炎口服液对幽门螺旋杆菌感染有较好的清除作用并能较好地减轻胃粘膜炎症。

Experimental study of the treatment of helicobacter pylori infection with oral gastritis liquor in mice

Objective：To study the therapeutic effects of oral gastritis liguor on Helicobacter pylori（Hp）infection in mice. Methods： Hp infection model was established through the feeding of human Hp in KM mice.45 infected and 15 normal mice were divided into oral gastritis liquor treatment group（A group）, regular triplex treatment group（B group）, model control group（C group） and normal control group（D group）. The treatments were carried out once a day for 2 weeks. After another 4 weeks of normal feeding, mice were sacrificed. Assessments of the status of Hp infection in gastric mucosa were made through histological examination, quick urase test and bacteriological smear detection. Results： The eradication rates in A, B and C group were 66.7%, 74.7% and13.3% respectively, significantly higher in A and B groups than in C group（P 0.05）. Meanwhile, the inflammation of gastric mucous membrane in A and B group was significantly alleviated. Conclusion：Oral gastritis liquaor,which is composed of Chinese drags, has good effect in radical elimination of Helicobacter pylori infection and it can alleviate the inflammation of gastric mucous membrane.
