健康相关生命质量对基层部队军人卫生服务利用的影响

目的：探讨健康相关生命质量对基层部队军人卫生服务利用的影响，为基层部队卫生服务研究工作提供新的思路和手段。方法：采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法，抽取5支基层部队2500名军人进行问卷调查。应用结构化的多阶段Logis-tic回归模型来构建基层部队军人卫生服务利用的影响模型。结果：进入2周就诊率模型三的变量为任务种类、自述健康情况、军种和文化程度、生理领域得分、环境领域得分6个，进入年住院率模型三的变量为任务种类、自述健康情况、军种、文化程度、慢性病患病情况和生理领域得分6个。结论：体现主观健康指标的健康相关生命质量是影响卫生服务利用的有意义的独立影响因素，有理由提出将主观指标健康相关生命质量也纳入到基层部队军人卫生服务研究中去，在基层部队中积极的进行探索实践，为基层部队卫生服务研究开辟新的手段和思路，使得健康相关生命质量成为基层部队军人卫生服务利用研究的新维度。

Influences to the Health Service Utilization of Grass Roots Army Soldiers from Health Related Quality of Life

Objectives： To discuss the influence to the grass roots army soldiers health services utilization from health related quality of life, to provide new train of thought and measures for the study of health service in grass roots army. Methods： Random sample was used to make questionnaires of 2500 soldiers in 5 sampled grass roots armies. Logistic regression model was adopted to establish the influencing model of health service utilization of soldiers in grass roots army. Results ： variables were the types of mission, health condition recounted by oneself, services and arms, culture degree, scores of physical domain and environment domain. Variables were the types of mission, health condition recounted by oneself, services and arms, culture degree, condition of suffering from chronic disease and scores of physical domain. Conclusions ： Health related quality of life embodying subjective health indexes is independent influencing factor of health service utilization. Subjective health indexes should be brought in-to the study of health service of soldiers in grass roots army. This becomes a new dimension of the study of health service utilization of soldiers in grass roots army.
