哮喘儿童 PBMC培养上清中 IL-13变化及其与嗜酸细胞计数、IgE关系探讨

摘    要:目的 探讨白介素13(IL-13)在儿童支气管哮喘发病中的作用及其与嗜酸细胞(EOS)、IgE之间的关系。方法 测定32例哮喘儿童急性发作期外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)培养上清中IL-13水平,其中20例测定了恢复期PBMC培养上清中IL-13水平,20例正常儿童PBMC培养上清IL-13作对照,同时检测外周血EOS及血清IgE。结果 哮喘儿童在急性期和恢复期PBMC培养上清中IL-13均高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均〈0.05),IL-13水平变化与EOS、IgE呈显著正相关(r=0.7498,0.9218,P均〈0.001)。结论 IL-13参与了儿童支气管哮喘的发病,在嗜酸细胞激活、活化及炎性介质的释放以及IgE分泌、合成方面可能具有一定的作用;减少IL-13生成的治疗对控制儿童支气管哮喘发作可能有重要意义。

Abstract:Objectives To evaluate the effect of interleukin-13 on the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma in children and the relationship between IL-13 and EOS and IgE. Methods Interleukin-13 levels in the cultivated supernate from peripheral blood mononuclear cells were measured in 32 children with acute asthmatic episodes, 20 of 32 children in asthmatic remission and 20 children as control. The peripheral blood EOS and serum IgE level was measured in the same time. Results The IL-13 level was increased significantly during acute asthmatic episodes and remission period with a significant positive correlation between IL-13 and EOS and IgE level. Conclusions The results suggested that IL-13 might play a role in pathogenesis of childhood asthma in activating the eosinophilis and increasing the inflammatory factor release. And it also effect on the secretion and synthesis of IgE. So,the treatment for reducing IL-13 level may be helpful in controlling asthmatic episodes.
