| 摘 要： | 目的分析某些儿童眼部疾病被误诊为弱视的原因。方法回顾26例误诊弱视病例并对原因进行分析。结果局部原因以眼部的先天性疾病为主,少数病人因颅内病变引起。结论弱视诊断,要排除器质性病变及颅内病变。

| Abstract: | Objective Analysis the reason of children misdiagnosed amblyopia.Methods We anlysis 26 patients who misdiagnosed as amblyopia in this study.Results We found most of the patients had congenital disease in ocular region,and there were also part of patients caused by intracalvarium disease.Conclusion It is necessary for a detailed eye examination,organic disease and intracalvarium disease exclusion before diagnose a patient with amblyopia. |
