某战区卫生事业管理者对军队医学科研资助的认识

目的：了解某战区卫生事业管理骨干对现行军队医学科研管理的认识和看法。征求改进和改革的意见，以期对军队相关工作起到建议和促进的作用。方法：运用问卷调查和定量分析的方法，对咨询意见进行总结分析。结果：被咨询者充分发表了对军队科研管理的看法，并结合自身的实践经验，在建立”三公”(公开、公平、公正)评审系统、保护创新性项目和网络信息技术运用等方面提出中肯意见。结论：近年来，军队医学科研在标准化、规范化管理方面有很大进展，为进一步适应形势发展。在管理机制和管理程序方面还需要与时俱进。

Apprehension of Military Zone's Health Cause Administrators to Military Medical Research Funds

Objective: The author synthesizes the apprehension of military zone's health administrators to military medical scientific research funds, and seeks for criticism of innovation to boost the relative work. Methods: Questionnaire and quantitative analysis were used to analyze the consultation. Results: People who were consulted gave viewpoints on military scientific administration as establishing appraising system with principles of open, fair and square, so as to protect innovative items and application of network and information techniques. Conclusion: Military medical scientific research had great advantage in stadardization administration. Improvement on mechanism and procedure of administration should go further to adapt the changing situation.
