摘    要:目的对杭白芷中挥发性成分定性、定量分析。方法利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)进行检测,再通过直观推导式演进特征投影(HELP)法对产生的二维色谱-质谱数据进行解析,得到各组分的纯色谱曲线和质谱,根据其保留时间和质谱,在质谱库中进行相似检索,实现对组分的定性,再用总体积积分法进行定量。结果共分辨出68个色谱峰,鉴定了其中61个组分,占杭白芷挥发成分总含量的91.16%。结论杭白芷主要挥发成分为十二(烷)醇,十六醇和4-松油烯醇。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the volatile chemical components of Radix Angelica Dahuricate(RAD).Methods Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),heuristic evolving latent projection(HELP)method,and overall volume integration methods were used.Results Sixty-one volatile chemical components in RAD were determined,accounting for 91.16% of the whole volatile chemical components of RAD.Conclusion The main volatile chemical components of RAD are 1Dodecanol,Hexadecanol,and 4-methyl-1-(1-methylethyl)-3-Cyclohexen-1-ol.
