皮肤病中医古籍数据库的构建

目的 实现中医皮肤科人员在临床、教学与科研工作中,高效获取中医古籍中记载的皮肤病知识.方法 中医皮肤科临床医生与文献学研究者分别从临床使用经验和文献学角度入手,共同商定古籍专题数据库建设方案,包括：选定古籍书目、内容;对选中古籍进行校勘整理;基于知识元的深度加工标引;数据库所要实现的应用功能;数据库的运行维护机制等.双方根据预定方案目标,组织人员协同分工,共同完成数据库建设工作.结果 构建了以疾病为主线,具有基于知识元的检索功能,集古籍文献信息管理、皮肤科知识查询浏览,以及针对文献内容进行研究交流功能于一体的基于web的数据库系统平台.结论 皮肤科临床专家与中医文献学研究者共同建设以疾病为主线构建古籍专题数据库是一个切实可行的方案,可满足数据库的知识发现和知识拓展功能.

Construction of ancient Chinese medical books database in skin diseases

Objective Aiming at efficient access to skin disease knowledge from ancient Chinese medical books for the dermatologists of Chinese medicine, which can be used in clinic, teaching and research. Methods The plan of Construction of ancient Chinese medical books database is determined by two groups of people, one group is doctors from dermatology department of Chinese medicine, the other group is literature researchers. They put forward the plan at a different angle, from which it can get inspiration of clinical use experience and literature research methods to keep the plan. The specific content including the selection of bibliographies and contents of ancient books, collations of those books, deep processing indexing based on knowledge element, the application function the database to be achieved, the operation and maintenance of the database system, and so on. Under the scheduled program objectives, with people＇s cooperation and division of labour, we will complete the database building together. Results Construct a database system platform based on web which has powerful search function （the search function is centered on diseases and based on knowledge element） and many other features, such as： managing ancient books information, inquiring and browsing dermatologic knowledge, directing the content of literature to research and exchange, and so on. Conclusion It is a practical plan that constructing a thematic database of ancient Chinese medical books centered on diseases, they can meet the challenge of knowledge discovery and knowledge expanding function.
