经尿道前列腺电切汽化术260例体会

目的：探讨经尿道前列腺电切汽化术的手术方法、疗效评估及其并发症的处理。方法：自1998年7月～2002年6月，260例行经尿道前列腺电切汽化术。结果：电切时间平均58．3min。切除率为50％。出现TUR综合征1例．尿外渗3例，术后IPSS平均9．5分，QOL平均1．7分，术后3个月残余尿量平均10．4ml。结论：TURVP是TURP的进一步发展，有操作简便，并发症发生率低等优点，但TURVP的功率较大，操作时应格外小心，以期达到最佳治疗效果。

Combined Transurethral Electrovaporization Ablation of Prostate (a Report of 260 Cases)

Objective: To investigate the operation, therapeutic efficacy and complication of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) by transurethral electrovaporization ablation of prostate (TURVP). Methods: From 1998.7 to 2001.7, 260 cases with BPH were treated by TURVP. Results: The averase operation time was 58.3 minutes. The removal rate was 50%. 1 case complicated with TUR syndromel. 3 cases with urine exudation. The postoperative IPSS and QOL was 9.5 and 1.7 point averagely. The average residual urine volume was 10.4 ml 3 months operation after. Conclusion:The TURVP is furthus developed from transurethral resection of prostate (TURP). It is an easy operation and has less complication, with bigger power we should be very careful while oporating in order to get the best therapeutic effect.
