大面积烧伤患者社会支持与生活质量相关性分析及护理对策

目的探讨提高大面积烧伤患者生活质量的有效途径。方法采用社会支持评定量表（SRSS）和烧伤专用健康表（BSHS-A）问卷调查大面积烧伤患者社会支持和生活质量情况，分析大面积烧伤患者社会支持与生活质量的相关性。结果大面积烧伤患者简明健康量表各维度得分较低，所获得的社会支持得分也较低，生活质量与社会支持呈正相关（均P〈O．05）。结论社会支持与大面积烧伤患者的生活质量密切相关，护理人员乃至全社会应重视社会支持系统对大面积烧伤患者生活质量的作用，拓宽大面积烧伤患者现有的社会支持渠道，最大限度提高其生活质量。

The correlation analysis about social support and quality of life in patients with large area burn and nursing countermeasure

Objective Through the research and analysis the correlation of social support and quality of life in patients with large area burn, to study the effective way about improving their quality of life. Methods By using Social Science Research Solutions （SSRS） and abbrevia-ted specific burn health scale （BSHS-A） questionnaire, we surveied the large area burn patients about their social support and quality of life situation and analyzed the correlation of the social support and quality of life. Results The quality of life about the large area burn patients was low,the social support have also was low, and the quality of life and social support was positively correlated （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The social support is closely related to the quality of life of large area burn patients, the nursing staff and even the whole society should attach importance to the effect of the social support system for large area burn patients quality of life, broaden the large area burn patients existing social support channels, maximize improving their quality of life.
