护理干预在尤瑞克林治疗脑梗死中的应用价值

目的观察综合性护理干预对脑梗死患者静滴尤瑞克林不良反应发生率的影响。方法将161例因急性脑梗死住院的患者按照治疗的先后顺序随机分为对照组78例和观察组83例，对照组给予一般护理，观察组在一般护理基础上加用综合护理干预措施，比较两组患者不良反应发生率、患者满意度和治疗依从性的情况。结果观察组患者不良反应发生率、患者满意度和治疗依从性等均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论综合性护理干预可有效降低尤瑞克林在脑梗塞患者治疗中的不良反应发生率，提高患者对医护人员的满意度，有利于建立和谐的医患关系，为患者康复提供了有力的保障。

Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce Uribe Brooklyn in the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction and improve patient satisfaction with the medical staff, is conducive to the establishment of a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, and provide a strong guarantee for the rehabilitation of patients.
