摘    要:目的研究血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)的表达与肺癌发生、发展的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SABC法对130例肺癌(其中鳞癌62例、腺癌50例、大细胞癌6例、小细胞癌12例)患者的肺癌组织中VEGF-C蛋白的表达进行测定,并与癌旁组织和正常肺组织对比,结合肺癌的临床病理学特征及预后进行分析。结果肺癌组织中VEGF-C蛋白阳性率为57%(74/130),明显高于正常肺组织的6%(8/130)和癌旁组织12%(16/130)(P<0.01);不同病理类型、分化程度的肺癌组织中VEGF-C蛋白阳性率差异均无显著性(P>0.05);Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者肺癌组织中VEGF-C蛋白阳性率为95%(42/44),明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者的37%(32/86)(P<0.01);生存3年或以下的肺癌组织中VEGF-C蛋白阳性率96%(48/50),明显高于生存3年或以上者的36%(26/72)(P<0.01)。结论肺癌组织中存在VEGF-C的高表达,可能与肺癌的发生、发展有关;VEGF-C蛋白可作为判断肺癌生物学行为和预定的参考指标。

Abstract:Objective\ To research relationship between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor-C (VEGF-C) and tumorigenesis as well as progression in human lung cancer. Methods The expression of VEGF-C protein in 130 cases of lung cancer, adjacent tissues of cancer and normal lung tissues were tested by immunohistochemical SABC method and analysed combining with clinico-pathological characteristics and prognosis of lung cancer. Results The rate of positive expression of VEGF-C protein in tumor tissues (57%) was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues of cancer (12%) and normal tissues(6%) (P<0.01);For the expression of VEGF-C,there was no significant correlation with the grade of tumor (P>0.05), but there was significant correlation with clinical stage and survival time (P<0.01). Conclusions There is an over expression of VEGF-C protein in lung cancer tissues, which may participate in the regulation of tumorigenesis and progression of lung cancer. The expression of VEGF-C protein is used as a useful marker of biological behavior and independent prognosis factor.
