摘    要:对自行研制的快速凝结复合羟基磷灰石陶瓷粉的毒性及细胞相容性进行研究。实验包括:(1)亚急性毒性实验;(2)溶血试验;(3)皮内试验;(4)热原试验;(5)体外细胞毒性试验。结果表明该材料安全无毒、无溶血性、对皮肤无剌激,不含热原物质,具有良好的细胞相容性,可广泛应用于临床。

Abstract:In order to study the toxicity and cytocompatibility of fast self setting complex hydroxylapatite ceramic powder having been developed recently,the authors did the experiments:(1)subacute systemic toxicity by oral route;(2)themolytic test;(3)intradermal injection test;(4)thermogenic test and (5)cytotoxic test in vitro.The results showed that the fast self setting complex hydroxylapatite ceramic powder had no toxicity,no themolytic activity,no cytotxicity,no irritation to skin and does not contain thermogenic material.It was a kind of good biocompatible materials and could be used in clinic widely.
