| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中医辨证配合MVP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效.方法:采用丝裂霉素、长春花碱酰胺和顺铂(MVP)方案同时,将入选患者中医辨证分型为气虚痰湿、阴虚热毒、气阴两虚、气血瘀滞四型,分别给予导痰疡、沙参麦冬汤、生麦饮、香附旋复花汤等加减治疗.6周后进行疗效评价.结果:客观疗效总有效率(CR PR)46.87%,症候改善率各型总有效率为75%.其中气虚痰湿型客观有效率87.50%,症候改善率100%,与其它型比较,差异有显著性意义.结论:中医辨证配合MVP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌能够提高客观有效率,改善临床症候,特别是气虚痰湿型患者获益更多.

| Abstract: | objective: To explore clinical effect of the traditional Chinese medicene syndrome type combined with MVP methods in treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods: The total effective ratios of objective curative effect (CR+PR) and syndrome improvement were 46.87% and 75.00% respectively. The total effective ratios of objective curative effect (CR+PR) and syndrome improvement were 87.50% and 100.00% respectively in Qixutanshi type, which had significant difference from other types. Conclusion: The traditional Chinese mdicine syndrome type combined with MVP methods treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer can improve the objective effective ratios,and improve clinical syndrome,especially to Qixutanshi type patients. |
