| 摘 要： | 目的：研究利用顶空气相色谱法测定漏芦总甾酮中苯及甲苯残留量。方法：采用顶空分析法控制漏芦总甾酮苯及甲苯残留量。结果：回收率：苯为95．8％，RSD为1．5％；甲苯为96．2％，RSD为2．6％。结论：方法简便、快速、重现性好。

| Abstract: | objective: To determinate the residual of Benzene and Methylbenzene in the total Rhapontisterone by the gas chromatography with the headspace sampling. Method: To determinate the residual of Benzene and Methylbenzene in the total Rhapontisterone by the gas chromatography with the headspace sampling. Results: the rate of recovery of Benzene was 95.8%, RSD value was 1.5%; the rate of recovery of Methylbenzene was 96.2%, RSD value was 2.6%. Conclusion: the method is rapid, simple with the good repeatability. |
