| 摘 要： | 目的观察醒脑静注射液治疗中枢性眩晕的临床疗效。方法136例病例随机分为两组，对照组71例，治疗组65例。两组病例均采用常规及对症支持治疗，对照组在上述治疗的基础上采用银杏叶注射液治疗，治疗组采用醒脑静注射液治疗。结果对照组治疗后总有效率为92.96％，治疗组为96.92％，两组总有效率比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论醒脑静注射液治疗中枢性眩晕疗效显著，值得在临床上推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xingniaojing Injection on central vertigo. Methods 136 eases were randomly divided into two groups ,71 eases in control group and 65 cases in treatment group. Conventional treatment and symptomatic treatment were applied in both groups. Ginkgo Biloba Injection was supplemented in control group and Xingnaojing Injection was in treatment group. Results The total effective rate was 92.96% in control group and was 96.92% in treatment group after treatment,indicating significant difference in comparison. Conclusion Xingnaojing Injection achieves significant efficacy on central vertigo and deserves to be promoted in clinical application. |
