| 摘 要： | 目的:研究逐瘀通脉滴丸各剂量组对小鼠出血时间和凝血时间的影响,并与逐瘀通脉胶囊对照。方法:采用剪尾法和玻片法。结果:逐瘀通脉滴丸能明显延长小鼠出血时间和凝血时间。结论:逐瘀通脉滴丸可用于高粘血症、血栓、血瘀症治疗,效果优于逐瘀通脉胶囊。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effects of different doses of Zhuyutongmai drop pills on bleeding time and clotting time of mouse.The detected results with Zhuyutongmai drop pills were compared with those with Zhuyutongmai capsules.Method:The method of cutting a part of the mice tail and the method of glass were used.Results:Zhuyutongmai drop pills could significantly prolong the bleeding time and clotting time.Conclusion:Zhuyutongmai drop pills has significantly therapeutic effects on hyperviscosity and thrombus,with better effectiveness than Zhuyutongmai capsules. |
