| 摘 要： | 目的：总结肝脏移植治疗晚期肝癌的初步经验。方法：对2例晚期肝癌接受肝移植患者的临床资料作回顾性分析。结果：2例患者手术均获得成功，术后生活质量提高，1例术后15个月死于全身衰竭，另1例术后17个月死于脑转移。结论：肝脏移植术可以提高晚期肝癌患者的生活质量，并延长患者生存期。经典原位肝脏移植术可以作为晚期肝癌的治疗选择。

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize our eraly experience in treatment of locally advanced primary liver carcinoma with orthotopic liver transplantation.Methods:Two cases of locally advanced primany liver carcinoma receiving orthotopic liver transplantation were reviewed.Results:Both cases were successfully operated and had their quality of life improved ,of which one case died of whole body failure 15 months and the other died of brain metastasis 17 months after surgery.Conclusion:Orthotopic liver transplantation can improve the life quality and prolong survival time of patients with locally advanced liver cancer.It can be used as a treatment option for these patients. |
