| 摘 要： | 目的：总结107例急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉血管成形术患者的护理要点，以提高护理质量及成效。方法：对107例急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉血管成形术患者针对性地制定和实施术前、术中、术后护理计划。结果：107例患者均能顺利完成冠状动脉血管成形术，疼痛迅速消失98例。明显减轻9例。结论：针对性地制定和实施护理计划是确保手术成功的关健，可预防和减少术后并发症。促进患者早日康复。

| Abstract: | Objective: Summarize the nursing patients in 107 cases in which patients are performed AMI to improue the nursing quality and effects . Method:Make a plan for nursing the patients before the operation,during the operation and after the operation as well. Result:107 patients have been successful in their operation .pain of 98 patients has disappeared immediately and pain of 9 patients has lessened. Conclusion:The key to a successful operation is to make a plan for nursing and carry it out ,which is of great help to prevent complication after operation and accelerate recovery. |
