摘    要:目的 了解铅和噪声联合作用对工人听力损伤的影响.方法 选择年龄、工龄及接触噪声强度相近的A组(铅和噪声联合作用组)、B组(单纯噪声组)两组工人,进行纯音听阈检测比较.结果 与B组工人相比,A组工人在4KHz、6KHz段听阈提高明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论 铅和噪声联合作用对工人听力损伤有协同作用,可加重听力损伤.

Abstract:Objective To explore the combined effects of lead and noise exposure on hearing impairment in workers, Methods The workers with matched age, length of working, and intensity of noise were chosen to group A (lead and noise exposure) or group B (noise exposure alone). The hearing ability was detected and compared in the two groups. Results As compared with group B, the threshold of hearing increased obviously in group A at 4 KHz and 6 KHz. Conclusions Lead plus niose exposure may worsen the hearing impairment.
