乳腺区段切除术治疗乳腺良性肿块疗效分析

目的:探讨乳腺区段切除术治疗乳腺良性肿块的临床疗效。方法:选取南京江北人民医院收治的120例乳腺良性肿块患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用乳腺区段切除术,对照组采用乳腺微创手术,比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、愈合时间以及并发症等。结果:两组患者手术时间及术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后愈合时间较对照组短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者形体满意度为81.7%,对照组为51.7%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后观察组患者并发症发生率为5.0%,对照组患者并发症发生率为16.7%,观察组患者并发症发生率明显较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用乳腺区段切除术治疗乳腺良性肿块术后愈合快,并发症发生率低,对外形影响较小,可作为临床治疗乳腺良性肿块的有效术式进行推广。

Clinical effect of partial mastcctomy on benign breast mass

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of partial mastcctomy on benign breast mass . Methods：120 patients with benign breast mass in Nanjing Jiangbei People’s Hospital were select-ed and divided into observation group and control group .Observation group was treated with partial mastcctomy while control group was treated with minimally invasive breast operation .The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, healing time, complications were compared between two groups . Results：There was no significant differences of operation time , intraoperative blood loss between two groups （ P〉0 .05 ） .The healing time in observation group was shorter than control group （ P〈0 .05 ） .The degrees of body satisfaction were 81 .7%in observation group and 51 .7% in con-trol group（ P 〈0.05 ）.The incidences of complications were 5.0% in observation group and 16.7%in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Partial mastcctomy could reduce healing time and the incidences of complications , and has little impact on body shape in the treatment of benign breast mass , so it deserves the clinical expansion in the treatment of benign breast mass .
