微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定发中汞应用探析

摘    要:目的:探讨微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定发中汞的应用方法。方法:取枕部距发根部0.5~2.5cm发样,用中性洗发水洗净,烘干。样品经微波消解后,经原子荧光光谱法测定发中汞含量。结果:相关系数为0.999 5,样品加标回收率为94.1%~105.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.3%~6.4%。结论:微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定发中汞准确度、精密度良好,灵敏度高。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the determination of Hg in hair with microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectroscopy .Methods:Hg in occipital hair at root from 0.5 cm to 2.5 cm was detec-ted after it was cleaned with neutral shampoo , dried and digested by microwave digestion .Results:The correlation coefficient was 0.999 5, the recovery obtained was 94.1%~105.3%, and the relative standard deviation ( RSD) was 1.3%~6.4%.Conclusion: Microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectroscopy was accurate , precise , sensitive , and suitable for quantitative analysis of Hg in hair.
