| 摘 要： | 复习与多发性硬化相关的细胞膜脂蛋白的研究,及其生化和临床研究的资料,发现多不饱和脂肪酸,主要是n-6脂肪酸在多发性硬化的发病和治疗中具有重要意义。有研究发现高剂量γ-亚油酸GIA(18:3n-6)oil]能减少复发性多发性硬化的复发率和疾病的进展。
