| 摘 要： | 雪上一支蒿是著名的有毒中药，但其化学成分研究报道较少，为进一步阐明其化学成分，作者开展了其80%乙醇提取物的化学成分研究，利用各种色谱方法从其块根中分离得到17个化合物，经过波谱学鉴定为：次乌头碱（1）、中乌头碱（2）、塔拉地萨敏（3）、尼奥灵（4）、附子灵（5）、乌头胺（6）、雪上一支蒿甲素（7）、雷乌宁（8）、宋果灵（9）、异可利定（10）、β-谷甾醇（11）、胡萝卜苷（12）、硬脂酸（13）、三十烷醇（14）、软脂酸（15）、苯甲酸（16）、肌苷（17）。除化合物 1，7 外，其余15个化合物为首次从该植物中分离得到。
