摘    要:目的探讨以ELISA法检测粮食、饲料中伏马毒素的可行性。方法采用先进的竞争酶联免疫吸附法检测盒(ROMER美国)和Stat Fax303酶标读数仪(美国),联合分析伏马毒素。结果该方法与HPLC法和GC-Ms法相比,具有灵敏度高、干扰少,测定步骤简便、快速,操作安全,设备投资少,测定结果准确可靠的优点。结论该方法的测定结果令人满意,是目前国内外测定粮食、饲料中伏马毒素的科学而理想的方法。

Abstract:Objective To explore the possible application of ELISA for detection of Fumonisin contained in fodder and food. Methods The ELISA kit (ROMER. America) and Stat Fax303 readout instrument of enzyme labeling (America) were used for the analysis. Results As compare with HPLC and GC-MS method, ELISA possesses the advantages of higher sensitivity,less interference simple, fast safe less investment and accurate. Conclusion Satisfactory results has been achieved with ELISA and thus it is a ideal method for detection of fomonisin contained in fodder and food.
