| 摘 要： | 目的了解健康成人麻疹保护性抗体水平,为制定成人接种麻疹疫苗提供客观依据。方法对年龄在15～50岁之间的1008名健康青工,采用间接酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测麻疹IgG抗体来进行麻疹保护性抗体水平监测。结果在1008人中,男性414人,女性594人,保护率为33.82%和39.57%;各年龄组之间的保护率为34.67%～57.58%,平均37.20%。结论成人麻疹保护性抗体水平较低,不能形成良好的保护屏障,建议增加成人麻疹疫苗接种,提高人群麻疹免疫水平,降低麻疹发病率。

| Abstract: | Objective To define the protective antibody level of measles among healthy adults, and provide the scientific reference for making policy of adult preventive inoculations. Methods We carried out an investigation of the measles protective antibody （IgG） level among 1008 youth （15 to 50 years old） by ELISA method. Results We surveyed 414 men, 594 women and their positive rates were 33.82% and 39.57%. In all age - groups the measles antibody protective rates were 34.67% to 57.58%. Conclusion The measles antibody level was low among the youth. The measles immune barrier hasn k been built up. So we should increase measles vaccine inoculation, and decrease the incidence of measles. |
