Halo-vest支架对急性颈椎骨折及脱位的治疗意义

目的 评价Halo-vest支架对急性颈椎骨折及脱位的治疗意义.方法 回顾分析2000年1月至2005年12月,共计12例急性颈椎骨折及脱位患者应用Halo-vest支架复位固定治疗的效果.结果 12例患者经6～48个月随访,Halo-vest支架固定62-128天,平均96天,X片显示椎体骨折患者骨折全部愈合,4例患者椎体骨折愈合后椎体高度较正常略扁,6例椎体脱位患者复位固定后无明显脱位.3例伴有轻度神经压迫症状患者症状消失.结论 Halo-vest支架治疗急诊外伤造成的颈椎骨折及脱位,简单,安全,有效,经济,是治疗急性颈椎骨折及脱位的一种较好的治疗手段.

Halo-vest in the treatment of acute cervical spine fracture and dislocation

Objective To study the efficacy of Halo-vest in the treatment of acute cervical spine fracture and dislocation. Methods Review was made on 12 cases of acute cervical spine fracture and dislocation treated with Halo-vest from January 2000 to December 2005. Results Follow-up was continued for 6-48 months. Halo-vest was worn for an average of 96 days (62~128 days). X-rays revealed the fractures healed in all patients, with the vertebral bodies slightly shortened. Anatomical reduction was achieved in the six patients with vertebral dislocation. The symptoms of nerve compression in 3 cases disappeared. Conclusion Halo-vest method is simple, safe, efficient and economical in the treatment of acute traumatic cervical fracture and dislocation.
