涡轮机钻法与劈冠法拔除下颌阻生智齿的对比研究

摘    要:目的 评价涡轮机钻法拔除下颌Ⅱ类中位阻生智齿的优越性.方法 对160例下颌阻生智齿随机采用涡轮机钻法和劈冠法进行临床对比观察,记录手术时间、术后张口受限程度、疼痛程度及干槽症发病情况.结果 涡轮机钻法手术时间(平均21min)明显比劈冠法(平均38min)短(P<0.05).两组患者疼痛程度和张口受限程度存在显著差异(P<0.05).涡轮机钻法术后干槽症的发病为2例(2.5%),劈冠法为12例(15.0%),存在显著差异(P<0.05).结论 涡轮机钻法能显著缩短手术时间,减少术后疼痛、张口受限、干槽症等并发症,值得临床推广应用.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the superiority of turbine drill in extraction of impacted mandibular third molars.Methods 160 patients with impacted mandibular third molars,who were operated by turbine drill and traditional chisel,respectively,were randomly assigned into two groups to be observed,and then to record uhe operation time,opening of mouth,clinical aches and incidence of dry socket.Results Operation by turbine drill spent less time than that by traditional chisel(average 21 min vs average 38 min,P<0.05). Degree of clinical aches,opening of mouth and incidence of dry socket were in significant differences[2 cases(2.5%) vs 12 cases(15.0%),P<0.05]between the two group.Conclusion Turbine drill applying in extraction of impacted mandibular third molars could cut efficiently duration of extraction,lighten aches and limitation of mouth opening after operation,and reduce the incidence of dry socket.Consequently, it should be promoted clinically.
