内镜诊治上消化道异物214例效果研究

目的探讨内镜诊断及处理上消化道异物的方法。方法回顾性分析我院2006年1月至2013年8月期间共214例吞入异物的患者,进行紧急内镜检查和应用辅助器械配合内镜处理异物的情况。结果 214例患者中异物位于食管内203例、胃内7例、十二指肠4例。共有204例异物经内镜成功取出,成功率为95.3%,未出现严重并发症;尚有10例异物,因异物尖锐端严重嵌顿等原因未取出。结论应用内镜取出上消化道异物是安全、有效的。

Diagnosis and treatment of 214 cases of upper gastrointestinal foreign bodies with endoscopy

Objective To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of 214 patients with upper gastrointestinal foreign bodies with endoscopy. Methods Retrospective analyses of medical records of 214 patients with upper gastrointestinal foreign bodies, who underwent endoscopic management between January 2006 and August 2013 in our endoscopy center. Results Of the 214 patients, there were 203 cases which the foreign bodies were located in the esophagus. Seven were in the stomach. Four were in the duodenal. Endoscopic management was successful in 204 eases and there were no serious procedure related complications Ten cases were failed, for reasons of severe incarcerated of the sharp end of foreign bodies and etc. Endoscopic foreign body extraction was successful in 95.3% of cases. Conclusion Endoscopic management is safe and effective for upper gastrointestinal foreign bodies.
