回医烙灸疗法对实验性兔膝骨性关节炎软骨细胞凋亡的影响

摘    要:目的观察回医烙灸疗法对兔膝骨性关节炎软骨细胞凋亡的影响。方法将30只新西兰兔随机分为正常对照组、模型组和回医烙灸组,每组10只。采用石膏固定的方法制作兔左膝骨性关节炎模型。造模6周后,回医烙灸组在膝关节局部行回医烙灸疗法,每2d1次,每次20min,治疗4周;正常对照组和模型组不予干预。治疗4周后处死3组动物,取胫骨平台和股骨内侧髁软骨,进行标本的形态学观测,末端标记(TUNEL)法检测软骨细胞凋亡情况。结果模型组TUNEL阳性软骨细胞散在于软骨全层,且数量多,凋亡指数显著高于正常对照组,2组比较差异有统计意义(P〈0.05);回医烙灸组表层也有TUNEL阳性软骨细胞,但凋亡指数显著低于模型组,2组比较差异有统计意义(P〈0.05)。结论回医烙灸疗法可以减少兔膝骨性关节炎软骨细胞的凋亡,从而延缓膝骨性关节炎的病情进展。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of moxibustion in Huiyi on articular chondrocyte apoptosis of osteoarthritis rabbits. Methods A total of 30 adult New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into normal group, model group and moxibustion group. Each group was 10 rabbits. The experimental knee osteoarthritis model was constructed by plaster fixation. The animals of moxibustion group were treated with moxibustion from 6 weeks to 10 weeks,then all the rabbits were executed. The changes of chondrocyte were observed by HE dyeing. The chondrocyte apoptosis was detected by TUNEL. Results The chondrocyte apoptosis change in normal group and moxibustion group were better than one in the model group ( P〈0.05 ). Conclusion Moxibustion in Huiyi can control the expression of chondrocyte apoptosis in the experimental knee osteoarthritis model. It maybe delays and inhibits the degeneration of chondrocyte.
