上海市徐汇区核心家庭妇女生殖健康知识及行为调查

目的:了解上海市徐汇区核心家庭妇女生殖健康知识及行为状况,发现存在的问题,为解决这些问题提供依据。方法:通过流行病学横断面研究,采取面对面调查的方法,对1060个符合入选标准的核心家庭妇女进行问卷调查。结果:1060位调查对象对6种常用避孕方法的总体知晓情况不是很理想,特别是对避孕方法的使用原理、优缺点的知晓率较低,避孕方法优缺点的总体知晓率在9.72%-42.26%之间;对生殖道感染症状的总体正确回答率为44.81%;仅有17.74%的对象能全部正确回答有关艾滋病毒传播途径的问题。研究对象的生殖健康行为得分随着年龄的增加呈现出先升高后降低的趋势(P<0.05);同时月收入越高,对象的生殖健康行为得分也越高。结论:上海市徐汇区核心家庭妇女的生殖健康知识总体知晓状况良好,但也存在一些不利于妇女生殖健康的行为。建议在该人群中进一步开展有效的干预措施,提高她们的生殖健康知识水平,改变不良行为习惯,促进核心家庭妇女的健康。

Study of Reproductive Health Knowledge and Related Behavior of the Nuclear Family Women in Xuhui District of Shanghai

Objective: To understand the reproductive health knowledge and related behavior of the nuclear family women in Xuhui District of Shanghai by a cross-sectional study, and to find out existing problems to provide suggestions and strategies for the intervention. Methods: A total of 1 060 nuclear family women were selected randomly for this epidemiology study, face to face interviews were carried out among the women and information was collected by questionnaires. Results: The overall knowledge conditions of the 6 usual used contraceptives were not ideal; especially the knowing rates of principles, advantage and disadvantage of contraceptives were quite low; the knowledge of advantages and disadvantages about contraceptives ranged from 9.72% to 42.26%; the overall correct rate about the STI syndromes was 44.81%; only 17.74% of them knew all the infecting ways of HIV; logistic regression analysis showed that the higher of monthly income, the higher reproductive health behavior score of subjects. Conclusion: The reproductive health knowledge condition of the nuclear family women is relative good, but some problems still exist; and some women have behaviors which are harmful to their reproductive health, so we should carry out some effective intervention among them to change their behaviors and promote the health condition of the women.
