| 摘 要： | 目的探讨视神经转移瘤（Metastatic tumor of opticnerve）的临床特点、影像学特征、病理、治疗。方法报告一例视神经转移瘤病例，结合文献探讨该疾病的临床特点、影像学特征、病理表现、治疗及预后。结果视神经转移瘤临床上较为罕见。影像特征：表现为视网膜母细胞瘤累及视神经，MRI表现为眼球内病变侵犯视神经和视交叉。病理学特征：多表现为以血循环转移为主的腺癌。结论视神经转移瘤由脉络膜转移癌直接侵犯视神经所致，应结合MRI和病理学诊断本病，最好的治疗为手术结合放疗化疗，但总体预后欠佳。
