颌骨造釉细胞瘤中骨形成蛋白基因表达的原位杂交及免疫组化研究

摘    要:利用骨形成蛋白(BMP)单克隆抗体、BMP多克隆抗体及地高辛甙元标记的BMP1、BMP2A、BMP3的cDNA探针,分别进行了40例颌骨造釉细胞瘤中BMP基因表达的原位杂交和免疫组化研究。结果发现,3种BMP某因在造釉细胞瘤中均有过量表达,尤以BMP2A最为显著;与原位杂交结果相反,免疫组化显示,40例造釉细胞瘤均为阴性。因此,BMP基因的过量表达可能与造釉细胞瘤的发生有关,造釉细胞瘤中BMP的产量可能较少,或其结构发生了改变。

Abstract:one morphogenetic protein (BMP) is related tothe formation of bone and dentin.Imrnunohis-tochemical study showed that ameloblasts,odonto-blasts and dental papilla cells contained much BMP.Itis indicated BMP might be asaseiated with the epothe-lial-mesenchymal interaction of tooth germs.In thisstudy,the expression and distribution of BMP in 40patients with ameloblastomas were observed by usingin situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry. Theresults showed that all three BMP genes were overex-pressed in the epithelial component of ameloblastomas,however,no positive reaction was found in immuno-histochemistry.It is indicated that overexpression ofBMP genes might be related to the development ofameloblastomas.
