Graves病患者家系调查及一级亲属甲状腺自身抗体的测定

作者对１１０例Ｇｒａｖｅｓ＇病患者家系８１０名成员进行了调查。对其一级亲属７００名（男３３３名，女３６７名）进行患病率调查及测定甲状腺功能、甲状腺球蛋白抗体（ＴｇＡｂ）、甲状腺微粒体抗体（ＴｍＡｂ）。结果表明，Ｇｒａｖｅｓ＇病女性患病率明显高于男性，家系中总患病男、女之比为１：３．０５；男、女先证者及家族性与非家族性一级亲属两种抗体测定结果均为女性高于男性（Ｐ均＜０．０１）。对两种抗体变化等问题进行了讨论

Pedigrees of 110 patients with Graves'' disease and thedeterminations of antithyroid antibodies in tbeirfirat-degree relatives

e studied 810 pedigree members of 110 patientswith Graves' disease. In 700 first-degree relatives, in-quiry of medical history, physical examination (eyes,thyroid, heart rate, etc), thyroid function tests (serumT3, T4 and TSH), determinations of thyroglobulinantibodies (TgAb) and thyroid microsomal antibodies(TmAb) were carried out. For male (female) probands,the incidenee of Graves' disease in first-degree rela-tives was investigated and their serum TgAb andTmAb were analyzed. In addition, we also analyzedthe positive rates of these two kinds of autoantibodiesof mals (female) first-degree relatives of familial andnonfamilial Graves' disease. Eighteen persons withpositive TgAb and TmAb from 5 pedigrees were fol-lowed up, one year after initial determinations. Themorbidity of male (female) patients of male (female)probands of Graves' disease, the results of the deter-minations of TgAb and TmAb of male (female)first-degree relatives, the changes of TgAb and TmAbof the male (female) first-degree relatives of familialand nonfamilial Graves' disease are discussed.
