| 摘 要： | 北京协和医院糖尿病门诊长期随访的２８０例胰岛素依赖型糖尿病中，２６．８％有糖尿病的家族聚集。发生糖尿病的亲属中，６８．０％为一级亲属，２８．０％为二级亲属，４．０％为三级亲属。对１３个胰岛素依赖型糖尿病家庭的８７名一级亲属进行的ＨＬＡ分型表明，胰岛素依赖型糖尿病易感性与ＨＬＡ基因相关，且为多基因遗传病。

| Abstract: | n 280 patients with IDDM,
the positive familyhistory of diabetes was 26.8% of IDDM probands.The prevalence of diabetes in
relatives was 68% in firstdegree relatives, 28% in second degree relatives, and4% in third degree
relatives. HLA typing of 87 mem-bers in 13 pedigrees with IDDM was perfornied. Thesedata
support the hypothesis that IDDM is amultigenic hereditary disorder. |
