摘    要:目的 评价活动平板心电图与冠脉造影对冠心病患者的诊断价值。方法 50例冠心病患者和23例对照组分别用活动平板心电图与冠脉造影分组检测。结果 对照组23例,运动心电图阴性19例,阳性4例:1~2支病变组32例,运动心电图阳性28例,阴性4例;3支病变者18例,运动心电图均呈阳性;活动平板心电图对冠心病敏感性86.96%,特异性90.48%,准确性90.91%;运动时间、平均最大心率、最大METs等对诊断及病变程度的判断有一定帮助。结论 活动平板心电图对诊断冠心病安全可行,是目前较理想的非创伤性方法。

Abstract:Objective To evaluated the value of treadmill ECG and coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease (CAD). Methods 50 cases of and 23cases of control group have been detected by treadmill ECG and coronary angiography. Results The 23 cases of control group negative were 19 cases, positive were 4 cases by exercise electrocardiogram;The 32 casese of 1-2 branch pathological changes negative were 4 cases, positive were 28 cases by exercise electrocardiogram;Thel8 cases of 3 branch pathological changes were positive by exercise electrocardiogram examples, the movable flat panel electrocardiogram to CAD sensitivity were 86.96%, particularity were 90.48%;accuracy were 90.91%;The index of Sport time, the maximal average heart rate have been helped with CAD. Conclusions To evaluated the value of CAD were safe by treadmill ECG and coronary angiography
