| 摘 要： | 目的了解曹县小学生HBV感染状况，为防治提供科学依据；方法空腹收集肘静脉血2．5ml，分离血清，用单克隆血凝法对该县2992名小学生HBV感染情况进行捡测调查；结果该人群HBsAg阳性率为6．22％．低于全国平均水平；结论男生HBsAg携带率显高于女生．4-9岁组HBsAg阳性携带率低于10～14岁组，差异显。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the situation of the HBV infection and provide scientific basis to the treatment.Methods We made the research by collecting vein blood from the elbow(# the pupils without food)and seperating the serum and solidifying the blood with single clone method among 2992 pupils.Results The rate of the positive reaction was 6.22%, below the national common level.Conclusion The carrying rate among boys is higher than that among girls,and the rate among the group aged 4-9 is much lower than that among the group aged 10-14. |
