反相高效液相色谱法测定复方盐酸苯海拉明搽剂中两组分的含量

目的 ]研究复方盐酸苯海拉明搽剂中主要成分含量测定的方法 .方法 ]采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,色谱柱为HypersilBDSC 18　 ,流动相为甲醇 pH 6 8的磷酸盐缓冲液 ( 88∶ 12 ) ,流速为0 5mL/min ,检测波长为 2 5 5nm .结果 ]建立的色谱方法使各组分完全分离 ,2个主要成分中利多卡因在 0 0 4～ 0 0 8g/L,盐酸苯海拉明在 0 18～ 0 35 g/L范围内峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系 ,相关系数分别为 0 9996 ,0 9998,平均回收率分别为 99 6 4 % ,10 0 10 % .结论 ]采用反相高效液相色谱法来测定复方盐酸苯海拉明搽剂中两组分含量的方法简便、准确、专属性强且重现性好 ,可用于该搽剂的含量测定

Simultaneous determination of two ingredients in Co.Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride liniment by RP-HPLC

OBJECTIVE?To study the methods of detecting the contents of main constituent in Co. Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride liniment.?METHODS?A RP HPLC was established for the determination with Hypersil BDS C?18 column, a mobile phase consisting of methanol pH?6 8 phosphate buffer solution (88∶12), a flow rate of 0 5?mL/min, and a UV detector at 255?nm.?RESULTS?Multi compounds could be completely separated by the method. For two ingredients, lidocaine and diphenhydramine hydrochloride, a linear range of 0 04～0 08?g/L( r =0 999?6) and 0 18～0 35?g/L( r =0 999?8), an average recovery of 99 64% and 100 10% were obtained.?CONCLUSION?A simple and accurate,reproducible and selective method is established for determination of the liniment.
