摘    要:目的 研究穴位伏安特性在反映人体生理病理变化上的特异性。方法 应用自行研制的穴位伏安特性检测仪测试不同生理病理状态下太渊、冲阳穴伏安特性。结果 太渊、冲阳穴惯性面积显著低于对照点而代表穴位电阻高低的伏安面积则无显著差异 ;献血组与对照组比较冲阳穴伏安面积和惯性面积出现了显著变化而太渊穴则无明显差异 ;太渊穴惯性面积具有显著的昼夜节律而冲阳穴则无此特征。结论 穴位惯性面积在反映人体生理病理变化方面具有特异性

Abstract:Objective To study the specificity of the volt ampere characteristics of acupoints in reflecting the physiological and pathological changes of the human body. Methods Self developed acupoint volt ampere characteristics detector was applied to test the volt ampere characteristics of two points of Taiyuan(LU 9) and Chongyang(ST 42) under different physiological and pathological states. Results The inertia areas of LU 9 and ST 42 were significantly lower than those of control points, but volt ampere area which represented acupoint resistance showed no significant difference. Compared with the control group, the volt ampere area and inertia area of ST 42 in the blood donor group had significant changes, while there's no obvious change in LU 9. The inertia area of LU 9 had obvious circadian rhythm while ST 42 didn't have this feature. Conclusions The inertia area of acupoint had specificity in reflecting physiological and pathological changes of the human body.
