中医药调节免疫机能减少肾病综合征复发

根据肾病综合征的发生发展与机体免疫功能失调密切相关，总结４８例治疗经验，认为和解枢机，升发少阳可调节免疫状态；增强稳定，健脾补肾护卫可提高免疫功能。以汤药治疗获得很好的疗效，其中显效１４例，好转３０例，无效４例，有效率达９１．６％，且大部分病人胳药后血清ＩｇＧ明显升高，尿蛋白减少。结果表明和解、扶正中药有调节免疫机能，减少复发的作用。

A Discussion about how to Regulate Immune Function with Traditional Chinese Medicine to Reduce Relapse of Nephrotic Syndrome

The development and genesis of nephrotic syndrome is closely related to disturbance of the immune function of organism. Having treated 48 patients of nephrotic syndrome, we regard that harmonising Shuji and developing Shaoyang can requlate immune condition and strengthen keep steady, but also can nourish kidney and spleen, so as to improve the immune function. Using decoction mainly in treating nephrotic syndrome, we have gained very good curative effect, in which obviously effective 14, on the mend 30, ineffective 4, total effect 91%. The serum (IgG) of most of the patients has clearly raised and at the same time their urinary albumin reduced. The results show that the traditional Chinese medicine of harmonising and strengthening body resistance can regulate immune function, and reduce relapse of nephrotic syndrome. It is a very useful way in treating nephrotic syndrome.
