| 摘 要： | 目的:观察和评估带直肌游离巩膜瓣后肌锥义眼座植入术临床疗效。方法:对38例患者常规行眼内容物剜出后,直肌间向后剪开巩膜壳至视乳头,将巩膜壳分为四片,每片含一条直肌,然后紧贴视乳头处剪断巩膜瓣,将HA义眼座植入肌锥内。结果:术后外观及活动度满意,术后并发症少,无1例义眼座外露。结论:本术式安全可行,操作简便,值得推广。

| Abstract: | AIM:To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of ocular prosthetic stand implantation in posterior muscle pyramid surrounded by dissociated scleral valves with rectus.METHODS:A total of 38 patients underwent convent-ionally evisceration.Then the scleral shell was cut between rectuses from the front to the optic papilla and splitted into four pieces.Each piece contained one rectus.The scleral valve was scissored close to optic papilla and hydroxyapatite(HA) ocular prosthetic stand was implanted in the posterior muscle pyramid.RESULTS:All cases had satisfactory appearance and movement.There were few postoperative complications and no implant exposure was observed.CONCLUSION:Ocular prosthetic stand implantation in posterior muscle pyramid surrounded by dissociated scleral valves with rectus is safe,reliable and convenient,worthy of being spread. |
