| 摘 要： | 目的观察乳腺癌改良根治术增加预防措施对术后并发症的影响。方法将98例乳腺癌改良根治术患者随机分成两组,对照组48例,采用乳腺癌改良根治术的传统方法;观察组50例,在对照组治疗基础上增加7项预防措施。比较两组的术后并发症发生情况。结果两组的一般资料比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05),观察组的术后皮瓣坏死发生率、皮瓣下积液发生率、上肢水肿发生率及并发症总发生率均低于对照组(P0.05或P0.01)。结论乳腺癌改良根治术增加必要的预防措施可以显著降低术后并发症的发生率,值得临床推广。
