癌症患者疾病相关信息需求的调查研究

目的了解癌症患者信息选择的需求，分析影响因素，制订护理措施。方法2005年9月-2008年6月我们采用癌症患者信息选择问卷及2个了解总信息量和内容需求问题（IPQCP＋2）对319例癌症患者进行调查分析。结果癌症患者IPQCP的总分（I）、诊断（D）、治疗（T）、预后（P）和其他（0）维度均分分别为50．11±9．52、7．88±2．05、13．37±3．16、13．25±3．01和15．61±3．68。91．31％患者希望“知道越多越好”的信息量。63．04％患者希望知道“治疗后的康复保健”的信息。结论癌症患者需要获知与疾病相关的医学信息，对信息的需求量多且内容广泛，IPQCP得分与病期、职业有关，护理人员应为患者提供与疾病相关医学信息，有利于疾病的诊治和提高患者的生存质量。

Study on information needs of cancer patients and nursing support strategy

Objective To study the needs for selection of information by cancer patients, analyze the influencing factors, and make a program of nursing measures. Methods Three hundred and nineteen cancer patients were investigated using a questionnaire （IPQCP） and two questions about the total information capacity and content requirements （ ＋ 2）. Results All patients were investigated by using a questionnaire （IPQCP） and two questions （＋2）. Patients＇ IPQCP score, diagnosis, treatment, prognosis, and other dimensions＇ mean scores were 50. 11 ±9.52, 7.88±2.05, 13.37 ±3. 16, 13.25 ±3.01 and 15.61 ± 3.68 respectively. Concerning the need of disease information, 91.31% of total patients chose ＂ to know as many information as possible＂ , while 63.04% of them would like to know much about ＂ the rehabilitation of health after treatment＂. Conclusion Cancer patients demand large amount of wideranged information about their disease and it＇s treatment. Factors influencing IPQCP included duration of disease and past job. Nurses should provide disease - related medical information for cancer patients. It would be helpful for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease and also for improvement of quality of life.
