| Abstract: | Ketoacidosis in pregnancy is a severe complication threatening maternal and fetal lives. Pregnant women are susceptible to ketosis due to the physiological changes. This article mainly summarizes the pathogenetic mechanism, predisposing factors, maternal-fetal hazards, and clinical treatment of ketoacidosis in pregnancy. |
