| Abstract: | Eclampsia is an obstetric emergency, the prognosis of mother and fetal are closely relative with being treated properly and in time or not. Eclampsia is rather rare, medical workers are not familiar with the emergent treatment. The characteristics of eclampsia rescue training by obstetrical simulator are real, controllable and repeatable. General emergency treatment, convulsion control, blood pressure control and timely termination of pregnancy are designed into the cases, which simulate the real emergency scenario and simulation cases. Then performers can adapt to their roles to deal with the simulator better. In addition to elevating individual skills of the performers, the training also pays attention to elevate the team cooperation ability. By the application of obstetrical simulator in eclampsia rescue training, the performers can elevate the individual skills and team awareness to an extreme in a short time. |
