超声全程监控下注射泡沫硬化剂治疗大隐静脉曲张的疗效

目的评价超声全程监控下注射泡沫硬化剂治疗大隐静脉曲张的疗效。 方法选择2014年1月至2015年1月哈尔滨市第二医院收治的39例大隐静脉曲张患者（3例患者为双侧发病），共42条患肢。其中26条患肢有活动后酸胀、乏力等症状，31条患肢皮肤色素沉着，39条患肢有不同程度的迂曲静脉。42条患肢均无下肢静脉性溃疡。超声全程监控下注射泡沫硬化剂（3%聚多卡醇注射液）对所有患肢的大隐静脉主干进行硬化治疗。所有患者在术后1周、3个月及12个月进行随访。 结果42条患肢均在超声全程监控下注射治疗成功。双侧下肢静脉曲张治疗的时间间隔>6个月。所有患者均未出现深静脉血栓。5例患者治疗中出现偶尔咳嗽，8条患肢治疗中出现皮肤发红。26条患肢活动后酸胀、乏力消失；39条患肢明显曲张畸形的静脉消失，其中4条（4/39）患肢远端存在局限性轻度曲张的静脉；26条患肢皮肤色素沉着减轻。所有患者均无严重并发症。 结论超声全程监控下注射泡沫硬化剂治疗大隐静脉曲张有效、无严重并发症，有待进一步深入研究。

Efficacy of injection foam sclerotherapy in great saphenous vein varicose under ultrasound monitoring during whole process

ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy in foam sclerotherapy of great saphenous vein varicose (GSVV) under ultrasound monitoring during the whole treatment. MethodsTotally 39 cases of patients with GSVV between January 2014 and January 2015 in Harbin Second Hospital (with 3 patients had bilateral disease, a total of 42 limbs) were recruited. Twenty-six limbs have soreness, fatigue and other symptoms after activity, 31 limbs have skin pigment calm, 39 limbs have varying degrees of varicose vein. All patients have no lower extremity venous ulcer. Ultrasound monitored the whole process of injection foam sclerotherapy (3% polidocanol injection) of all the trunk of great saphenous vein. All patients were followed up at 1 week, 3 months and 12 months after operation. ResultsAll 42 patients were successfully treated by ultrasound monitored injection. Bilateral lower extremity varicose vein treatment intervals greater than 6 months. Deep venous thrombosis were not seen in all patients, 5 cases appeared occasional cough, 8 cases appeared lower limb skin redness. Totally 26 patients showed acid expansion, fatigue and disappeared after the limb activity; 39 patients with obvious limb varicose veins disappeared, of which 4 (4/39) of the distal end of the limb with mild varicose veins; 26 with limb skin pigmentation reduced. There were no serious complications in all patients. ConclusionUltrasonic monitoring the whole process of injection foam sclerotherapy of GSVV is effective and no serious complications, pending further study.
