| 摘 要： | 检验医师规范化培训是毕业后教育的重要组成部分，是培养合格检验医师人才的重要途径。上海在开展检验医师规范化培训的6年多时间里，实现了住院医师规范化培训与专科医师规范化培训的全线贯通。本文就上海市检验医师规范化培训组织管理、培训内容、考核管理以及运行现状进行介绍，同时对存在的问题和可能的解决方案进行探讨。

| Abstract: | Clinical pathology training is an essential part of post graduate education. It is also an important way of cultivating qualified clinical pathologist. Clinical pathologist training programs (including residency and specialist training program) have been launched for more than 6 years in Shanghai. This article reviewed the organization, management, practice of the standardized training for clinical pathologist and discussed the problems and possible solutions. |
