| 摘 要： | 狼疮危象是系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者最严重的并发症。一般认为妊娠会使SLE病情恶化，使得狼疮危象的诊断困难，病死率高。正确的诊断和治疗妊娠合并狼疮危象，是抢救患者生命的关键。

| Abstract: | Lupus crisis is the most severe complications of system lupus erythematosus. It is generally considered that pregnancy will deteriorate the conditions of patients and make the diagnosis difficultly, which result in a high mortality. The correct diagnosis and treatment of lupus crises is the key to save the lives of patients. |
