| 摘 要： | 产科护理的特点及目前医疗环境的现状使传统护理临床技能规范化培训受到了很大的限制。模拟人主导的模拟教学因安全、有效、可重复操作等诸多优点而迅速发展。正确使用模拟人，科学构建模拟教学方法，清楚了解模拟人教学的优缺点，能让模拟人在护理教学中发挥更大作用。

| Abstract: | The characters of nursing in obstetrics and the present conditions of medical environment obviously impose restrictions on skills of traditional standardized nursing training under clinical circumstance. Simulating education led by simulator is developing rapidly due to its advantages, such as safety, effectiveness, repeatability and so on. Only after correctly using simulator, scientifically designing simulating education methods and clearly knowing simulating education′s merits and demerits, simulating education can be made the greater effects on the nursing education. |
