GC/MS外标法测定食品中18种有机磷农残的实验研究

目的　研究建立食品中18种有机磷农残的GC/MS同时测定方法。方法　采用GC/MS通过标准试验确定全扫描和检测离子扫描的测定条件,通过样品及样品及样品试验验证改进的样品前处理过程。结果　在实际样品含量的测定范围内各目标化合物标准曲线相关系数在0.9902-1.0000之间;方法定量检出下限(S/N=10,n=5)在:6.61×10ˉ3mg/kg~4.78×10ˉ2mg/kg之间;加标样品重复性条件下测定两次,测定结果的绝对误差小于算术平均值的5.2%-13.5%,回收率在76.3%--89.7%之间。结论　可代替现有国标气相色谱法进行实际样品测定,结果证实定性定量准确性优于气相色谱法。

Dvelopment of a GC/MS method for ditiction 18 organo phosphoruspestides in foods

In this paper,the 18 organo phisphorus pesticides risidues were determined altogxther by GC/MS.In thedeterminational range of sample ontents(0-5mg/kg),the correlation coefficient is 0.9936-0.9999;The quantitative detection limit (S/N=10,n=5)is 6.61X10 -3mg/kg~4.78X10 -2mg/kg by the full scan pattern methd; and The samples which concentration is 0.5mg/kg were determined twice reduplicatly,the absolute error of results is 5.2%-13.5%;and the mean recovery of the target compounds is 76.3%-89.7% in the different matrixs. The linearity?detection limit? internal recovery are good.It can instead of GC methed.
